In this role you will:- Participate in all HR related projects, such as performance and talent management, compensation, training etc.- Manage the regular payroll process- Support Cafeteria system and manage other benefits- Manage the hiring process from contract creation to offboarding- Manage and administer the onboarding and offboarding process of new joiners and employees - Maintain employee personnel files and labor documentation- Cooperating with the local Recruitment team, supporting the recruitment process if and when necessary- Participate in managing the organization’s training sessions,
REQUIREMENTS:
You are the perfect fit if you have the following skills and experience:
- Completed studies with a focus on Human Resources
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR related roles
- Strong knowledge of Hungarian labour law and payroll related regulations
- Fluency in English and French
