Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development and implementation of a new Finance Hub, establishing best practices.
• Oversee accounting processes for global entities through centralized systems.
• Manage accounting for European entities, with a focus on R2R (Record to Report) requirements.
• Provide business partnering support for European entities.
• Ensure robust execution of Internal Controls.
• Collaborate closely with the IT department to enhance quality and reporting.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support year-end audit tasks.
• Effectively service stakeholders.
• Identify and implement ongoing process improvements.

What Makes You the Ideal Candidate?

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with a certified accountant qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in a professional finance environment, preferably in an international setting.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in shared services and analytical business views.
• Proficiency with NetSuite or other complex ERP systems.
• Strong skills in MS Office.
• A passion for accounting, controlling, and IT.
• Initiative-driven with excellent communication skills.
