We are looking for an FP&A Expert to our multinational partner.

The role includes working with Finance and Marketing teams to identify spend priorities, co-ordinate setting and forecasting of large spend budgets, maintain spend field through regular budget review and drive initiatives to improve overall spend management and spend effectiveness.  

As an FP&A Expert your tasks will be the following:

• Providing analytical decision support, leading a principled, budget and spend performance management process 
• Working with the market to set half yearly budgets
• Analyzing spend, including using judgement to identify trends and exceptions, root cause issues
• Leading monthly meetings with budget owners to review their A&P spends vs. plan
• Providing direction on accounting requirements
• Driving operational improvements and efficiencies
• Owning spend management process end-to-end

What makes you the best candidate:

• Degree in Finance / Accounting 
• At least 4-6 years working experienc in Finance Accounting, Controlling or FP&A
• Prpficiency in English
• Proven experience with SAP FI /CO modules
• Strong business partnering skills 
• Internal / external audit experience and/or SOX knowledge would be a plus
• PowerBI and Anaplan experience would be a plus
