UX Researcher

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced UX Researcher to join our partner’s team, which is one of the global leading companies of oil and gas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding user needs and behaviors through various research methods, and translating insights into actionable design recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field studies.
• Analyze and synthesize research findings to inform product design and strategy.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to integrate user insights into the product development process.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate research findings effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX research.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in UX research or a related field
• Proficiency in research tools and methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma) is a plus
