- Work with the customers and delivery team to fully understand the business requirements and assure that the project deliverables are fulfilling these
- Write business descriptions and technical specifications for projects
- Monitoring project activities in JIRA
- Analyse customer requirements, write ad hoc SQL queries when it is needed to deep-dive into the details
- Present the product functions to customers
- Prepare test cases and strategies for unit testing, system and integration testing
- Coordinate project activities, define priorities to ensure timely completion
