Job description

Our client is a well-established service centre providing support in accounting, finance and HR services. They provide high quality products and reliable services in more than 50 countries worldwide.

Tasks as a Spanish Speaking Cash and Payment Specialist:

  • Responsible for managing group financing activity
  • Verify, generate and document transactions in financial and banking systems
  • Check and approve incurring payments on time
  • Authorize internal payments
  • Maintain active and efficient communication with internal and external entities (Front office, country treasuries, banks, etc.)
  • Keep record, request, review and follow up on contracts
  • Responsible for the introduction and integration of new activities
Requirements
  • The team needs your commitments at least for 2 years
  • Advanced English and Spanish language skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field of finance / accounting (preferably gained in Shared Service environment)
  • College or University degree in Economics / Business Administration / Finance / Accounting
  • Accurate, precise, reliable and analytical personality with attention to detail
  • Excel and SAP knowledge
  • Team player attitude
