Our Partner is a leading, full-spectrum provider of professional and architectural lighting solutions. We are looking for a Commercial Legal Counsel.

Main responsibilities:

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, Terms of Conditions frameworks, and tender documents for distribution agreements and procurement agreements
• Focus on smart applications and cloud services, which is why software law and data privacy law are important
• Advise on the GDPR and warranty questions of commercial transactions
• Manage the litigation cases related with commercial matters
• Manage close relationships with external law firms and advisors based in various jurisdictions; however, self-implement legal tasks in the majority of transactional matters
