On behalf of our multinational partner who is committed to making a real difference in providing better energy, we are searching for an experienced GBS Procurement Project Manager for process development activities.
You will be responsible for:
- Create transparency and standard ways of working on existing processes using relevant techniques (value stream mapping, user story articulation)
- Identify, scope opportunities (aggregate/optimise/eliminate) and articulate benefits
- Monitor the progress to ensure the realisation of planned benefits, and oversee performance management activities
- Demonstrate a bias towards Lean process delivery
- Represent GBS Service lines in deployment and transformation delivery activities
- Investigate, accelerate and resolve escalated/critical items
- Manage day to day operational stakeholder management and support operation teams for risk management
