We are looking for a German speaking Call Center Coordinator for our multinational partner that is present in the information technology sector.
You will meet the following complex roles:
- Act as interface between the company and the partners
- Managing the implementation of new services
- Act as escalation point with partner for technical, process, system and financial matters
- Monitor key performance indicators and follow-up on action plans
- Contribute to teamwork and cooperate with all members focusing on EMEA Region
- Focus on end-to-end customer satisfaction and processes with partners and in cooperation with the other departments
