In this role you will responsible for:
- Keep our customers networking infrastructure up to date
- You will be the first point of contact for our customer base
- Work close with other departments (Sales, IT, Finance)
- Support customer in their issues
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in German and have an upper-intermediate knowledge of English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Good communication skills
