We are looking for a HR Business Partner for minimum two years for our multinational partner whose business center is located in Budapest! Be part of their HR team and act as a „local control tower” with a global perspective on HR processes.
Your main tasks will be:
- support the work of the managers within the company
- advise management on offer, compensation package and prepare offer
- drive boarding processes
- define annual training plan and manage all training-related tasks
- train managers/employees on process and tools and support them
- communicate locally with managers
- act as parner for the EMEA management
- support the annual pay review process
- prepare regular HR-related reports and analysis to management
