We are looking for a HR Controller for our multinational partner to manage Organization Structure Changes and Rewarding system for employees around the globe.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and reviewing structural changes for the global organization
- Contributing to the role descriptions process
- Providing reports and discussion papers for dedicated stakeholders
- Collecting insight, and creating analyses on staffing and headcount changes, identifying future opportunities
- Acting as a consultant for stakeholders, and in-house HR teams
- Helping with the implementation of reward strategy
- Ensuring competitiveness by scanning of salary, benefits and bonus market trends of SSC sector
- Contributing to the delivery of the reward cycle (benchmarking, pay review, salary surveys, audits)
- Preparing salary and benefit analyses and providing insight, taking part in reward-related projects
