Job description

Our multinational client is looking for a customer support engineer who will beresponsible for preparation, interpretation and judgment of technical data and documentation for customers. The support engineer understands customer needs and has an organisational and communication talent.

What you will do:

  • Technical support and explanation on product qualification related questions
  • Communicates with wafer fabs, assembly centers, marketing, development and quality to collect all requested information
  • Provide internal and external customers with requested information about electrical, mechanical, legal or thermal properties of Nexperia products
  • Create and maintain PPAPs according to industry standards as agreed by Nexperia with customers
  • Keep accurate documentation and training materials as required
  • Qualification support according to customer requirements; Coordinate customer specific measurements, order samples and prepare reports
  • Creates customer specific documents or fill in customer files upon request
  • Participates and leads improvement projects in the field of qualification and support
  • Provide PCN technical support for assigned PCNs

Requirements

What you will need:

  • Technician/Bachelor/Master degree in engineering or relevant field
  • Few years of experience in Semiconductors Process and Quality Engineering
  • In depth knowledge about semiconductor components, development and manufacturing process
  • In depth knowledge about semiconductor quality standards in automotive and non-automotive domain
  • Proven experience and skills with Data Management and Analysis tools
  • Good English spoken and written
