As a Multilingual Reporting Associate you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Maintain and update the Customer Master database in SAP
• Provide professional service to business function with regard to set up's, changes and related queries
• Create reports with customer information for other departments directly from SAP
• Manage & report all supply disruptions
• Investigate and resolve incorrect or missing data issues
• Monitor trends of customer’s queries
• Record and investigate customer complaints
• Create Statistics for Continuous Improvement based on reports and data analysis
