This position is responsible for supporting clients throughout the order lifecycle including the administrative, quotation and order fulfillment phases.

What will you do?

• Work on assignments/projects as part of a team
• Manage customer orders, relay price and availability of products to customers
• Customer data maintenance, creating and maintaining customer accounts
• Assess individual customer requirements and direct activities to appropriate departments
• Deal with customer inquiries and order-related issues
• Maintain customer service reports
