Job description

Our multinational client is looking for a CSR Administrator who will be responsible for administering and reporting on Customer Programs, and also supporting the introductions of new Sales Item (12NC) version for customers within assigned PCN group.

The role is responsible to execute Product Change Notification (PCN) related Order Book and Forecast transfers and support different functions within Nexperia who are involved in the execution of demand transfers.

What you will do:

Create and maintain material determinations and customer material database for old and new product versions and ensure compliance with terms and conditions based on agreed switch over date

▪ Transfer Order Book (OB) and Forecasts to new product version based on agreed switch over date following OB transfer process

▪ Execute with excellence in the area of OB and Forecast transfer in order to ensure smooth and continuous supply to customer

▪ Follow aftercare activities after execution was finished (supply monitoring, stock monitoring, solving workflows, deletion of old product versions etc.)

▪ Inform respective Customer Supply Representative (CSR) about new OB and the first shipments of the new version

▪ Develop and maintain a professional relationship with Planners, Demand Managers, Allocation Managers and CSRs to ensure smooth execution within transition period

▪ Participate in automation, standardization, documentation and deployment of changeover processes

▪ Support creation of CP specific reports, documents and presentations

▪ Help review and improvement of CP portfolio - Follow up on CP outliers

▪ Facilitate, check and create Warehouse Audit related documents

▪ Additional duties as assigned by CP & PCN Manager
