This position is responsible for supporting clients throughout the order lifecycle including the administrative, quotation and order fulfillment phases.

Your tasks will be:

• You will be the primary contact for the Customers and for the Commercial Teams
• Support Customers and process their complaints
• Managing orders for a specific region
• Customer data maintenance, creating and maintaining customer accounts
• Assess individual customer requirements and direct activities to appropriate departments
• Deal with customer inquiries and order-related issues
• Maintain customer service reports
