Our multinational partner with an information technology background is expanding its team with an Audit Specialist

Your tasks will be:

• Maintain and enhance efficient integrated management systems
• Maintain the document mgt system (ISO documentation, Quality Records …)
• Define audit plan (internal and external)
• Issue audit minutes and track action plan
• Point of contact for the external auditor in certain cases and as a back-up for the EMEA QEHS Manager
• Co-ordinate the environmental compliance across finance, external service providers and countries
• Create environmental product fee reports
• Communicate regularly with the WW Sustainability Team on upcoming changes in legislation or changes in reporting
• Support countries for their certificate definition and support implementation on request
