Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and motivate a customer care team (5 members)
- Handle complex enquiries & complaints
- Coordinate and distribute workload amongst the team
- Make decisions based on an understanding of the interplay between the organization’s and customer’s needs
- Monitor and communicate performance statistics
- Provide day to day people leadership to the team
- Help to recruit, train and appraise new team members
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operational running
- Utilize project management capabilities to guide the implementation of projects
