Your tasks will be:

- Managing orders for a specific region, via various ordering channels

- Customer data maintenance, creating and maintaining customer accounts

- Assess individual customer requirements and direct activities to appropriate departments

- Deal with customer inquiries and order-related issues

- Maintain customer service reports
