Key Responsibilities:

·      Assist in transitioning accounting processes to Hungary.

·      Handle daily operations like document receipt, invoice processing, and payments.

·      Ensure compliance with service levels and procedures.

·      Identify and resolve issues, and improve processes.

·      Collaborate with stakeholders and represent the organization to suppliers.

·      Provide excellent customer service.

·      Update process manuals regularly.


Preferred Qualifications:       

·      Degree in Economics, Finance, or related field with a focus on accounting.

·      Experience in accounting, particularly in Accounts Payable within an SSC.

·      Transition experience is a plus.

·      Strong understanding of AP processes.

·      Proficiency in English and French (Hungarian is a plus).

·      Knowledge of SAP FI or other ERP systems.

·      Enthusiasm for setting up a new Shared Service Center.

·      Willingness to travel for knowledge transfer.
