We are looking for a Junior Recruiter with German and English skills for our multinational partner's team in Budapest. If you have experience in sourcing and screening candidates and have the proper language skills, then we are looking for you.
As a Junior Recruiter you will be responsible for:
- Recruiting and supporting open requisitions (reviewing resumes, sourcing and screening candidates, etc.)
- Working together with HMs and coaching them in providing feedback to candidates, developing offers etc.)
- Maintaining ATSs
- Contributing to the development of recruitment process improvements
We are looking for you if you have:
- Strong German and English skills both written and oral
- Experience in sourcing, screening candidates for white-collar positions
- Excellent communication, teamwork and collaboration skills
- Strong customer centricity and problem-solving skills
