Job description

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for payroll? Join our dynamic partner as a Payroll Specialist! In this role, you'll oversee payroll processes and ensure excellence in payroll operations.


You will be responsible for:

  • Standardize payroll process and ensure accurate calculations.
  • Manage dependents for tax/benefits and act as main contact for outsourced payroll.
  • Communicate and reconcile monthly payroll data with provider.
  • Provide payroll reports and forecasts to finance.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare statutory reports.
  • Handle payroll queries, follow policies, and manage ad-hoc requests.


Requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years of payroll processing experience
  • Professional degree
  • Proficient in vendor management
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills and proficiency in English. Any other european language is a plus.
