We are looking for an Order Processing Admin in Budaörs on behalf of our partner who is a global player in metrology production systems.

The company is in an exciting period of transition due to a reorganisation of departments.
Your tasks will be:
- Enter customer orders in SAP Business One across designated regions
- Confirm customer orders
- Create and update documents for goods, including import/export documentation
- Coordinate and follow up timely deliveries to European customers
- Collaborate closely with freight forwarders and logistics service providers
- Issue invoices
- Act as a liaison between headquarters, customers, sales, finance, logistics and customer support
You Bring:
- Fluent English and German written and spoken is a must
- 2+ years relevant experience
- SAP knowledge is a must
- Organized, communicative and dynamic personality
- Team player attitude
