Our partner is a leading oil and gas corporations company committed to delivering excellence in Global Finances. As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team.

This is a role to fulfil requirements to administer and execute Payroll operational activities for employees, including retirees in compliance with all key controls.


Responsibilities:

•        Data input related to active employees’ payroll

•        Execute control over Vendors payroll activities for pensioners

•        Ensure timely and accurate transfer of funds to banks

•        Handle queries from employees on payroll related matters

•        Prepare & Distribute Payroll Calendars


Required Skills:

•        At least B1 German (spoken and written) is required

•        Fluent English written and spoken skills are required

•        1-2 years’ experience in Payroll

•        Strong ownership, teamwork, independency, accuracy is expected

•        College degree required at minimum, Payroll certification can also be accepted if experience is strong and fluent English skills are present
