The following tasks awaiting for the new colleague:

• Booking and monitoring of incoming invoices
• Proactive issue resolution
• Support of Accounts Payable processes, including vendor statements
• Handle internal invoice queries
• Manage payment requests
• Reconciles prepaid accounts and vendor down payments
• Ensures payment terms in the system are consistent with negotiated terms
• Issues payment proposal
