Job Responsibilities:

• Match invoices to purchase orders where necessary
• Checking that the correct amounts are paid and that appropriate authorization procedures are followed on all payments.
• Handle and follow-up on supplier queries
• Preparation of PTP SOX reconciliations
• Review the A/P aged report for discrepancies
