• Maintaining and optimizing the Service Offer Calculation Tool
• Ensure alignment with relevant internal stakeholders, current costing and financial guidelines, operational standards, and best work practices
• Collaborate with multinational team members in converting business logics into applications
• Identifying and calculating productivity measures to be applied in the cost structure.
• Validating calculations, providing guidance on best practice calculation approaches
