As a Customer O Fulfillment Team Lead r you will be a single point of contact for multiple service providers all over the world.

What would be you main responsibilities?

• Aim to maximize potential, increasing efficiency and cost reduction, while still maintaining on-time delivery and quality output
• Drive the team to participate and support key business simplification initiatives and system enhancements
• Must have customer centric attitude, strive for effortless, consistent, and personalized interactions with customers
• Support RCA initiatives dealing with customer concerns and Cost-of-Quality transactions.
• Translate customer needs / requirements into detailed project plans while driving internal execution to meet project targets
• Hires, train, supervises and evaluates an effective workforce and delegates / monitors parts fulfillment activity for efficient operations
• Monitor and drive engagement within the team to meet deliverables measured against goals
