You will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement the internal and external communications strategy of the newly created Shared Service Center
- Implement and drive Business Unit-level change management initiatives into the organization
- Take an active part and analyze employee pulse surveys
- Take ownership over the entire execution, coordination of our communications initiatives
- Be a local expert on the Communications and Brand guidelines
- Shape and execute internal and external positioning of our Center
- Design and create communication and change management–related materials
- Keep an eye on current trends and best practices in Communications and Change Management
- Manage variuos communication channels (social media, website, etc.)
