As a Fraud Specialist, you have the knowledge and skill to prevent fraud from becoming a larger issue for their customers and business. You will be making recommendations to optimize and enhance rule modification, as well as recognizing and handling potential fraud threats. You will analyze the reports and online open sources to identify fraud, and work quickly to resolve it.

The following tasks are waiting for the new colleague:

• Daily review of fraud suspicious orders
• Performance reporting, and risk analysis
• Support the creation and updating of standardized procedures
• Collect and record documentation of fraudulent activity
• Make fraud phone calls
• Work closely with Customer Service teams
• Monitor real-time rule performance and suggest rules enhancements
