Our partner, an American company distributes innovative personal care products, nutritional supplements on numerous international markets. Currently an exciting role is opened in their stabile, friendly Finance Team.

The following tasks waiting for the new colleague:

• Responsible for bookeeping and closing of the supported entities
• Manage and perform month end closing activities to ensure submission to deadlines
• Reconciliation of various balance sheet accounts
• Participating in internal audits (SOX)
• VAT & INTRASTAT compliance with external advisors
• Resolve issues in a timely, professional manner
• Keep contact with authorities and other departments within the company
• Look for opportunities to improve their own processes to create efficiencies and control improvements within their own area of work.
• Collect and update tax policies with external advisors
