We are looking for an HR Manager for our outstanding international partner.

Your responsibilities are would be the following:

• taking care and developing the HR system,
• interpreting company goals into department goals and ensuring communication to employees,
• managing the recruitment (blue- and white- collar employees),
• ensuring pro-active employee relation strategies and activities providing counsel and guidance to both managers and employees,
• mananing the HR team.
