As HR Process Consultant your responisbilities will be:

• Serve as the expert of the organization structure, security and system
• Support and enable process, data and reporting results with structure and security
• Act as the trusted partner to review, influence, and support the org structure
• Define and coordinate the execution of security strategy for functional processes
• Value added consulting to people processes and data initiatives to ensure proper understanding on metadata structures while enacting project activities or mass data loading initiatives or data conversion workstreams
• Drives, develops and documents process, procedures and data strategies to govern, maintain and improve organization structure usage and reporting
• Key partner in the security role audits
