We are looking for a Human Resource Planning Manager for our multinational partner to manage employment and workforce planning according to business needs.

The focus of the role:

• Work together with global stakeholders to plan, coordinate and supervise the employment and workforce planning processes
• Advise on workforce planning strategies according to labour law
• Ensure staffing levels are in line with business needs
• Deliver forecast on resources and headcount planning
• Manage changes and process improvements in staffing and resource planning in order to be more effective and cost efficient
