This position is a new one which connects the Business and the Software developer teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring IT SLA, publishing it to internal customers and procurement
• Creating and publishing assurance reports
• Coordinating customer requests between IT resolution teams and System analysts
• Communicating with IT resolution teams, Service Managers, Demand Managers and Customers
• Monitoring of top priority projects and incidents (P1-2)
