We are looking for a Project Coordinator in the marketing field for our multinational partner whose team is based in Budapest.

The Field Marketing Specialist is responsible for the support of the field marketing processes all around EMEA.

Responsibilities:

• Determine if suitable content already exists and can be leveraged, or if it needs to be created a new
• Pre-validate the drafts to avoid unnecessary reviews
• Arrange corrections when needed
• Communicate the assets to key stakeholders (marketing or sales)
• Coordinate creation of various templates for marketing hub and work with the content operations team to upload for partners
• Participate on meetings with marketing team, share assets between countries
• Event & webinar support – coordinate the creation of outreach emails, landing pages, event registration page, reports, work with the central marketing automation team
• Troubleshoot marketing tools errors with the technical assistance of the Operations team
