Our fast growing multinational partner is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Lead Accountant, who will report to the Head of Accounting EuMEA.

Main duties in a nutshell:

• Perform general accounting
• Take massive part in the month-end closing procedures
• Perform fixed asset management, AP and AR sub ledger adjustments
• Review Balance Sheet and P&L
• Participate in local statutory audits
• Preparation of tax calculation
• Review BS reconciliations done by SSC and make sure accounts are fully reconciled

Most essential expectations:

• Bachelor´s Degree in Accounting (Chartered Accountant Certification is an advantage)
• At least 3 years of GL related experience in an industrial or SSC environment
• Experience with IFRS
• Knowledge of relevant accounting software (Oracle is preferable)
• Fluency in English and Hungarian
• Flexible, proactive approach
