The position holder is a specialist in the development, maintenance and support of web-based systems including the public web site, the extranet platform and other business applications based on IIS and .NET technology.

The purpose of the job is to deliver a high-quality IT business applications support services for middleware and application integration services.

General duties

• Ensure service quality and security, while respecting operating methods defined within the ITD quality standards.
• Manage the implementation, support and evolution of web environments and infrastructure applying the standard operational procedures in force within the IT department.
• Manage operational tools (monitoring and management) to ensure sustainability of web systems and services for the various business units and at end user level.
• Maintain the operational knowledge base in the service management tool, record incident, provide quality advises during resolution.
• Ensure the smooth operations (administration, patching, monitoring and optimization) of the ITD middleware and application integration services within quality standards.
• Warranty established operational level agreements for all Web based application systems, components and running services in alignment with established operational procedures for worldwide.
