We are looking for Partner Relationship and Contract Expert for our multinational partner that is present in information technology. In this position you will be responsible for Asia and the Middle-East regions and will handle complex selection, contracting and governance of the resellers.

That means you will:

• Ensure that selected partners achieve contracted performance levels in terms of key performance metrics and customer satisfaction levels
• Work with assigned partners to drive continuous improvement activities
• Continually evaluate matketplace for alternative partner pools
• Onboarding of new partners including ceation of project plans
• Serve as daily and weekly contact for all partners
• Servicing existing partner accounts and establishing new partner accounts
• Negotiates to closure, contract compliance with selected partner in conjunction with local Global Sourcing team
