We are looking for a Senior Commercial Client Specialist for our multinational partner that is present in the information technology sector. This is a complex business support role with end-to-end customer care management for key business partners.

You will be responsible for:

• Being the single point of contact for key business partners
• Manage client orders, delivery and invoicing process, and other client inquiries
• Provide support in client inquiries (including order management, issue resolution and other business activities)
• Escalate issues when needed
• Liaise with internal departments to assure compliance on processes
• Work together with internal departments to support client contractual requirements
• Maintain an up-to-date documentation of activities
• Report on services and performance to fulfill SLA
