Role description and purpose:

RDM & MDM expert to implement appropriate data solutions and manage reference and master data.

Responsibilities and Commitment Coordinate MDM/RDM programme activities across all required data domains

Define business processes and technical architecture for RDM & MDM solutions

Key Activities

Plan and lead MDM/RDM requirements analysis sessions with business users

Review, update & implement RDM & MDM architecture

Create workflows to drive the maintenance and ingestion of reference & master data

Perform source system analysis and basic data analysis

Define requirements for data matching and merging rules, survivorship criteria and data stewardship workflows that can be deployed in the approved MDM tool.

Work with programme and business teams (data integration, data architecture, business unit) to develop and deliver MDM/RDM solutions.

Define a cohesive strategy for data governance & management across global solutions & local OEs to ensure consistency of data used
