The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for all sales reporting, calculations and other sales performance analysis. They are liaising between Sales Representatives and Operations teams to ensure data integrity.

Tasks:

• Bonus Calculations for customers
• Trend Analysis of Sales Results
• Sales performance classification
• Reports and Dashboard creation
• Work in collaboration with data management teams to ensure accurate reporting of results
• Ad-hoc reporting requests from Sales Management
• Creation and monitoring of budgets
• Review and Approval of Marketing Fund Requests
• Update and maintain internal Sales Support site with reports, instructions, forms.
