Under the overall guidance and governance of, in alignment with and based on guidelines by the global strategic transfer pricing department, the position holder is responsible for the following tasks.
- TP operations: Determination, monitoring and maintenance of transfer prices for inter-company transactions with goods.
- Perform regular transfer pricing induced performance monitoring of group companies profitability based on Function and Risk Analysis ('FRA') as well as pro-active analytics of margin developments applying an respective implemented TP Management Tool.
- TP documentation: Support and preparation of local TP documentations for all legal entities of the company as legally required.
- TP support in tax and Transfer Pricing audits to defend the company’s tax position.
- TP support in business reorganization projects, e.g. customer transfers and advise on the invoice model setup / TP related topics.
- Facilitate the conclusion of inter-company agreements between transaction partners and review whether inter-company agreements are required
- Regularly review the business model and ensure invoicing model follows the Group Transfer Pricing Policy and Guideline.
- Act as valued business partner within the group's organization for TP operations related topics and questions.
