Our client is a large multinational company providing business services for clients all over the world. For a new service set-up, they are looking for an experienced, proactive, and dynamic candidate for a Senior Service Management Consultant role, located in Budapest serving one of their key clients on a day-to-day basis.

The role focuses on the setup, management, and coordination of a new team supporting global clients in data and financial management, and establishing an effective relationship.

Your tasks will be:

• Participate in the transition of data management services for global clients
• Serve as an escalation point for clients
• Participate in process changes and implementations
• Coordinate the service delivery and advise on operation efficiencies within the team and cross-functional collaboration
• Oversee and coordinate client projects
• Manage a team of client relationship experts and data analysts
• Work together with team leaders and subject matter experts to create a motivating environment with high performing team members
