We are searching for a Service Operations Coordinator – Benelux/Germany region (1 year fixed-term) for our multinational partner with an information technology background.

You will be responsible for:

• Ensure proper FSE (Field Service Engineers) dispatch per agreed territory within a country
• Manage overflow calls with FSE to see who can take it
• Ensure FST parts recommendation is timely done to insure NBD parts delivery
• Manage FSE dispatch in case of parts Back order
• Manage Planned and unplanned absence of FSEs (vacations, illness etc.)
• Create new calls and pro-active maintenance calls as needed
• Take ownership of any escalation and follow-up until resolution
• Manage proper flow of information in ticketing tool in real time or close to real time
• Collecting and analyzing the FSE efficiency (Calls per day; Service Types)
• Summarize and articulate FSE performance in dedicated region in monthly performancreviews
