The role’s primary responsibilities are:

  • Maximizing store sales by supporting commercial thinking in the team
  • Managing a team of Managers: coordinating their work, motivating and providing development opportunities (100-200 people)
  • Monitoring and analyzing competition activity
  • Analyzing sales indicators and recommending actions to improve them
  • Managing the day-to-day operation of the store to provide our customers with an amazing shopping experience
  • Inventory management to minimize costs
Követelmények

Required skills and competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written form in English
  • Min. 3 years of experience in a position with a similar scope of tasks in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment (Retail industry preferred)
  • Experience in managing, motivating and developing a team of Managers
  • Independence, good organization of work and the ability to set priorities
  • Highly developed analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data
  • Proactivity and focus on achieving goals, great problem-solving skills
