Our multinational partner is present in the information technology sector. They are providing innovative solutions and excellent service to their partners regarding printers.

They are looking for a Supplies Vendor Specialist for managing the MPS consumables processes in EMEA. This includes the continuous performance monitoring of the existing Supplies partners, maintaining and improving end-to-end processes and implementing/developing new methods to improve efficiency.

The focus of the role:

  • Coordinate monthly & quarterly operational reviews with partners
  • Participate in vendor selection process: participate in defining requirements in terms of quality and cost, measurement, analyzing results and selecting vendor.
  • Review key performance indicators with countries and vendor, identify deviations, ensure action plan is built by vendor and monitor action plan
  • Review and re-negotiate pricing with vendor related to ad-hoc process changes
  • Track payment of invoices to and from partner (fulfillment fee & buy back)
  • Act as interface with partner for all matters; technical, process, systems, financial
  • Manage negotiations with the Vendor
Követelmények

What makes you the best candidate:

  • Min. 2 years experience in Supply Chain/Planning in a multinational work environment
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • Excellent in Excel analysis
  • SAP experience is a huge plus
  • Siebel and D365 knowledge is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and reasoning abilities
  • Ability to travel 1-2 times/year
